3 CORE ELEMENTS OF FITNESS
Fitness has 3 core elements - strength, cardio, and restoration. Each week you should spend time developing in each of those 3 areas. All 3 elements are important to a well-rounded fitness regiment.
JANUARY CHALLENGE GOALS
What’s amazing about GRIT is that we offer a variety of classes that each fall under those 3 core elements of fitness- cardio, strength, and restoration. For the month of January, your goal is take 8 cardio classes, 8 strength classes, and 4 restorative classes plus 1 personal goal for a total of 20 classes in the month of January.
