Participants had to attend 4 events at GRIT Fitness and the person who brought the most friends won a $250 shopping experience at Outdoor Voices, including 20% off for their friends and 1 month free to GRIT.<br><br>We had so much fun and it was wonderful meeting new members of the <a href="https://www.dallasgritfitness.com/gritfam-community.html">GRITFAM</a>! Our first fitness retreat took place in Cabo San Lucas and the second retreat was hosted at Lake Texoma.</span></div><div class="paragraph"><span style="color:rgb(42, 42, 42)">The inaugural &ldquo;New Year Best You&rdquo; 2018 retreat was held at <a href="https://pranadelmar.com/" target="_blank">Prana Del Mar</a>, a luxury yoga resort in Cabo San Lucas. GRIT instructors, Brit Rettig and Kaleigh Walker, led the relaxing and empowering fitness and wellness retreat. With a holistic focus, this fitness retreat nourished mind, body and soul.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(42, 42, 42)">The luxury yoga retreat included 3 chef-prepared meals per day and 3 daily workouts led by GRIT instructors.
