Our signature high intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to push you to your max. GRIT HIIT is a tabata-style workout that builds muscular endurance while spiking your heart rate for the ultimate HIIT workout.​

We use 6 or 8 pound medicine balls to take you through the tabata-style interval circuit in this 30 minute workout. The tabata-style interval circuit is designed to spike your heart rate while building muscular endurance.
