PURE STRENGTH // HEAVY WEIGHTS

PURE STRENGTH is 30 minutes of pure weight lifting - no cardio. Sculpt muscle and burn body fat with this strength training class utilizing heavy weights.

Lift weights to the beat of the music. PURE STRENGTH is similar to Body Sculpt but uses heavier weights and removes the cardio.
