POWER TOWER // FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

Transform your body with Power Tower. This signature GRIT format is a low impact, functional strength training class that will test your endurance while sculpting your body.

The "Power Tower" consists of 7 compound functional strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each. We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower. Then we work our way back down the tower.

Power Tower utilizes compound functional movements for a total body burn. Transform your body with this low impact workout. Expect a total body burn and an energetic strength challenge. Sign up now.
