ARMS TOWER 30 // UPPER BODY STRENGTH TRAINING

Transform your upper body with compound functional strength exercises focusing on the biceps, triceps, chest, back, and shoulders.

This low impact workout consists of focused upper body strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each to build a “Power Tower.” We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower, and then work our way back down.
