SPRING SHAKE UP CHALLENGE

Join the April Spring Shake Up Challenge! Take 2 of each class format (listed below) for 18 classes total to complete the challenge! Classes must be a minimum of 30 minutes each. Challenge runs from April 1st - April 30th.

Challenge Finale Party will be held on Saturday April 30th at GRIT Fitness Design District @ 10AM. You may pick up your prize then or at any studio beginning April 15th.


Challenge Prize: Grab a Prize from GRIT Grab Bag (first come first served, limited quantity available for each prize, prizes will be available for pickup at all studios starting 4/15/22)

​To Complete the Challenge & Earn the GRIT Prize:
  • Take 2 of Each Class Format for 18 Classes Total
  • Classes must be 30 min in length or longer
  • In-studio + virtual/livestream classes count towards the challenge
  • If you do not have access to a bike, you may substitute a 30 minute outdoor walk or 30+ min cardio class (in lieu of REVOLUTION Cycle45, REVOLUTION Power30, Spin & Sculpt, or Bike Boot Camp)

​Challenge prizes are for autopay members (PEARL, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE, New Year Sale, Spring Sale, KO, SMU-Only, Addison-Only, Virtual Plus, Virtual, Spring Shake Up Challenge Membership). Intro offers, trials, and guest passes are not eligible to earn the prize. If you are not a current GRITFAM member, purchase an in-studio challenge membership to participate.
