Join the GRITFAM for our Spring Self Care Challenge from April 1st - 14th. Earn the GRIT Home Workout Kit upon completion!

CHALLENGE DETAILS
Do the Action Items below to complete the Spring Self Care Challenge and earn your GRIT Home Workout Kit. All action items are to be completed virtually. You must have a GRIT autopay membership (virtual or in-studio) to earn the GRIT Home Workout Kit.

Make sure to keep track of your class dates - you will need them when you complete the Challenge Completion form. Easily track your classes with our printable challenge tracker here.

CHALLENGE DATES
4/1/2020 - 4/14/2020
KICKOFF WORKSHOP - Weds. April 1st @ 5:30 PM (watch live or on-demand)

ACTION ITEMS
  • Attend the Virtual Self Care Kickoff Workshop (live or on-demand) led by Brit Rettig on Weds. 4/1 at 5:30 PM (will be held in the GRITFAM Facebook Group)
  • 3 Guided Meditations
  • 10 Virtual Workouts

CHALLENGE PRIZE
Once you've completed all of the action items, fill out the form linked below and you will be sent your GRIT Home Workout Kit,* which includes a long resistance band for your home workouts! 
*You must be a GRIT autopay member to receive the prize.
