To Complete the Challenge:
- Take 6 cardio classes (Step, Dance Club Cardio, REVOLUTION Cycle, Cardio Combat)
- Take 6 strength classes (Arms Tower, Body Sculpt, Core Tower, Full Body Circuit Burn, GRIT-lates, KO Boxing, Legs Tower, powerbelle, Power Tower, Pure Strength)
- Take 4 restorative classes (Flow, Slow Stretch)
- 16 classes total to complete the challenge
- Plus introduce yourself in the GRITFAM Facebook Group (no exceptions) - facebook.com/groups/gritfam
- Classes must be 30 min in length or longer
- In-studio + virtual classes count towards the challenge
