GRIT Fitness redefines boxing with the launch of GRIT KO (Knock-Out), Dallas' first women's empowerment boxing studio.

This new class is a total-body conditioning experience using boxing gloves, heavy bags, mitts, rowers, sleds, and athletic drills to help clients knock out negativity and fight for their goals.

  • Boxing Gloves (no rentals; bring your own or purchase in-studio)
