WHERE IS THE GRIT KO STUDIO LOCATED?
The KO studio will operate as a stand alone studio in a 2,500 sq ft expansion at the current Design District location. It’s address is 1729 Irving Blvd Suite 104 Dallas, TX 75207.
When will the KO studio open?
The GRIT KO Boxing Launch Party & Open House will be held on Sun. Nov. 8th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The GRIT KO Boxing Studio will officially launch for classes on Mon. Nov. 9th, 2020.
Will GRIT KO BOXING be offered at SMU Blvd & Addison locations?
GRIT KO is a standalone studio with specialty equipment that is unique to its space. All GRIT members will have access to the GRIT KO studio, but the KO format will not be offered at the SMU Blvd and Addison locations.

If I’m currently a member, can I take advantage of the GRIT KO Grand Opening SALE?
Yes, as soon as your contract ends, you can renew your membership for unlimited, all-access classes for $119.00 per month (6-month contract).
Can I get access to only 1 or 2 studio locations?
No, we no longer offer single studio memberships. All memberships are all-access, unlimited classes so that you can enjoy all that GRIT has to offer across all of DFW locations.
IF I AM A LEGACY MONTH-TO-MONTH GRITFAM MEMBER, WILL MY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE GRIT KO?
Yes, as a thank you for being a loyal GRITFAM member, your current membership will include unlimited, all-access classes, including GRIT KO. You will not have a price increase and will continue at your current legacy membership rate.

Yes! For $119 per month you will receive unlimited classes to to GRIT KO Boxing, GRIT Fitness Addison, SMU Blvd and Design District (virtual membership not included; 6 month term).
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A GRIT KO BOXING CLASS?
You will need to bring your own boxing gloves and wraps, in addition to a towel and water. Boxing gloves and wraps are available for purchase in-studio as well. Our boxing training gloves are $15 and wraps are $20 + tax.
For boxing gloves, we recommend purchasing 8oz gel boxing gloves.
We do NOT rent gloves or wraps. You must purchase your own or bring your own to class.

WHAT ARE the safety protocols for grit ko?
All social distancing and safety protocols still apply (gel in gel out, masks, social distance, stay home if you're sick).
WHERE CAN I VIEW THE GRIT KO SCHEDULE?
The GRIT KO Boxing schedule is under the Design District location schedule. Please note that the Grand Opening Week schedule is a modified schedule. The normal weekly class schedule begins Nov. 16th.
WHO CAN TAKE GRIT KO?
All fitness levels are welcome. Exercises can be modified or progressed to meet your needs.
ARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
Yes, lockers are available for attendees taking the KO Boxing class. You will need to bring your own lock if you wish to lock your items.
HOW do I BOOK A GRIT KO BOXING CLASS?
Please book your GRIT KO Boxing class on our mobile app or website browser.
GRIT classes, including KO Boxing, will not be available on any 3rd party booking platforms (e.g. ClassPass, StudioHop, Groupon, etc). You must book KO Boxing classes directly through GRIT.

WHICH MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDE GRIT KO BOXING?
Boxing classes are included in all-access Pearl & Silver memberships; there is no additional fee for legacy members to take these classes.
DOES GRIT OFFER INTRO CLASSES FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO BOXING?
Boxing Basics classes will be offered during the grand opening week to teach you boxing fundamentals, how to wrap your hands, key terminology, and the layout of the class. We strongly recommend you attend the Boxing Basic classes, if you do not have any experience taking boxing classes.
