FULL BODY CIRCUIT BURN // TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

A quick, effective total body workout!  In this 45 minute class you'll rotate through 3 stations in our state of the art Circuit Training studio exclusively at the Design District location.

We utilize a variety of equipment including rowing machines, TRX, sandbells, weights, gliders, jump ropes and more.
