Dance Burn is a new-school take on old-school aerobics that will get your blood pumping and calories burning. Featuring all original dance choreography, you will sweat and sculpt like never before in this 50-minute dance cardio class.

This high-intensity dance cardio class will tone the entire body while torching calories. This energetic, total-body workout features high-intensity dance cardio with toning sections in between using resistance props and body weight.​
