Join us in kicking off Women's History Month with the StrongHer - 7 Days of Sweat - Challenge! Take 7 classes in 7 days to complete the challenge & earn the new GRIT sweat towel, perfect for our cycle and new heated classes! Three classes must be a minimum of 45 minutes each. Challenge runs from March 2nd - March 8th. Join us for the Challenge Kickoff Party on Sunday March 2nd at all studios!
