PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Strong for Life is an 8-week small group personal training program designed to push you beyond your comfort zone in a motivating and supportive setting. In each session, you'll lift heavier weights than you might choose on your own, with focused attention on proper form and technique. Surrounded by a small, like-minded crew and guided by an expert coach, you’ll build strength, confidence, and lasting results. Strong for life’s challenges. Strong for a lifetime.
Group meets on Saturday mornings at GRIT Fitness Design District from 10:30-11:30am. Program runs from Saturday May 31st through Saturday July 26th. Program will not meet on Saturday July 5th.
Program led by Molly Setnick.

ABOUT MOLLY:
Molly graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Health/Fitness Studies and Education and has been immersed in the fitness industry ever since. With certifications in personal training, biomechanics, and group exercise, she brings deep knowledge and a thoughtful approach to every session she leads. Molly is passionate about creating efficient, effective workouts that deliver real results, without the overwhelm. She believes that for fitness to stick, it has to be realistic, and that moderation is the key to staying strong for life. As the leader of our Strong for Life program, Molly is here to help you build strength, confidence, and a routine that lasts.

PROGRAM GOALS:
- To help participants increase the amount of weight they’re lifting and to identify when and how to push to the next level.
- To teach them to identify what correct form looks and feels like. To teach them the role protein plays in weight training and how they can adjust their diet to get the most benefit from what they are eating.
- To lay the groundwork for changes in body composition, muscle definition, and strength.
PRICE:
- Current GRITFAM Autopay Members: $250
- Non-Members: $450 (price includes 8 weeks of unlimited classes at GRIT Fitness)
