Cardio meets strength in this 50-minute powerhouse.
Ride hard, lift heavy, and finish strong. You'll start class by breaking a sweat with powerful pushes, hills, sprints and tabatas on the bike. Then transition to the floor for heavy strength training using dumbbells and benches. To take it home, you’ll get back on the bike for a short feel good finale ride through the finish line! Class is 50 minutes. Sneakers are required. Cycling shoes are optional. We recommend TIEMS - they are great for this class! Sign up now. |
