BIG THINGS ARE COMING IN 2026
Hello GRITFAM!

What an amazing year, GRITFAM! Thank you for showing up, showing out, and bringing the most incredible energy into our studios. Together, we reached record highs — more community classes than ever, more challenge finishers, more Connect Group involvement, inaugural group of HYROX finishers, and more meaningful friendships. The vibes have been unmatched, and watching each of you grow stronger physically and mentally has been the highlight of our year. Thank you for being the heartbeat of this community and for making GRIT such a powerful place to belong.

A special thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Member Experience Survey. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive — 100% of respondents said GRIT has positively impacted their lives. This feedback is our “why”- THANK YOU!  Your feedback also helps shape the direction of our studio and ensures that GRIT continues to evolve with your needs in mind. We’re excited to share a quick summary of what we heard and the actions we’re taking to enhance your experience.

Your survey responses highlighted several consistent themes:

  • Your top wellness goals are Building strength (84%) and Stress relief / mental health (72%)
  • You want more guidance and resources for holistic wellness, including workshops and education.
  • ​​You would love more flexibility in how you use the gym, including more open gym time.
  • You want clear guidelines in our changing rooms and restrooms and efficient flow in shared spaces.
  • ​You value the uplifting, supportive environment at GRIT and want continued improvements to the studio atmosphere.

​You asked.  We Answered.  Here’s a run down of exciting things to look forward to in 2026:

Women’s-Only Open Gym
We have invested in new cardio machines, squat racks, barbells, benches and more!  Members will now be able to work out independently before or after class, or come in during open gym time as part of their regular membership. This enhanced facility will be exclusively available at our Design District location.

Wellness Workshops
In addition to our bi-monthly class challenges, we are introducing monthly, members-only wellness workshops. These sessions will cover topics such as nutrition for hormone health, goal setting, self-care practices, and weight lifting form and technique. Our goal is to support your wellness journey both inside and outside the studio.

More Strength Classes
Based on your feedback, we have officially restructured our schedule so that at least 75% of all classes are strength-based. The remaining 25% are cardio or restorative formats. This ensures you have more opportunities to build strength consistently while still enjoying a balanced mix of training styles and a well-rounded fitness routine.

New Class Format: Cycle Strength 50
To meet the growing demand for strength-focused training, we are launching a new format: Cycle Strength 50. This 50-minute class blends rhythm cycling with targeted strength intervals for a balanced, full-body training experience. This format will formally debut in early 2026.

Studio Enhancements
We’ve made several upgrades to refresh the overall energy and aesthetic of our studios. These include new murals, updated paint, and improvements to member amenities. We hope these enhancements make your experience even more inspiring and enjoyable.

Changing Room Policies
To improve the flow and availability of our restroom and changing spaces, we have reinforced our studio guidelines. Thank you to all members for using our designated changing rooms instead of bathroom stalls. Your cooperation helps keep the studio running smoothly for everyone.

As we approach our 11-year anniversary (WOW!), we want to thank you for being part of the GRIT community. Your feedback, energy, and commitment have helped us evolve in meaningful ways. We are confident that 2026 will be our strongest year yet, and we cannot wait to continue growing alongside you.
